Order

2. What is the order process?
Upon order submission, you will receive a link through WhatsApp to upload your NRIC photos for verification purposes. Upon order confirmation, you will receive a payment link through WhatsApp for your first payment. Once the payment is done, our team will contact you and arrange for installation.
3. Why is my order rejected?
All Rent-To-Own orders are subjected to credit assessment and approval process at the sole and absolute discretion of KHIND.  The common reason for rejection could be a low credit score.
4. Can I terminate/cancel my subscription plan?
An early termination fee will be charged to the subscriber if the termination of the agreement is exercised by the subscriber before the expiry of the obligation period.  The early termination fee is calculated based on the balance of the subscription month(s).

Payments

1. What kind of payment method can I use?
We accept debit cards or credit cards.
2. How do I make payment?
Upon subscription confirmation, an auto deduction will be applied to your registered debit card or credit card in this subscription plan. The auto deduction will happen on the first day of the month. Kindly contact us if the payment fails.
3. How do I change my debit card/credit card payment details?
You may contact us through WhatsApp 018-2233389 to request the change of payment details. A payment details update link will be sent to your WhatsApp and allow you to change the payment details.
4. What happens if I finish my subscription plan?
Upon full rental payment based on your subscription plan, the ownership of the appliance will be automatically transferred to you promptly with no additional charge.
5. How does the recurring payment work?
Upon confirmation of order, you will be charged one month of payment and subsequent payments will be charged on the first day of the month until you complete the tenure of your subscription plan.

Delivery

1. How is the product delivery and installation arranged?
Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a call from our RTO team to confirm your delivery and installation date.
2. How long does the product installation take?
It will take around 1 hour to install the product. It also depends on your intended placement and location of your building (landed/apartment/condominium/lift availability/staircase availability).
3. What areas does KHIND deliver to?
We deliver to most parts of Malaysia. Please note the following coverage areas and expected delivery times.
Klang Valley (Selangor, WP Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya) = 3-5 working days
West Malaysia = 7 working days
East Malaysia (Road accessible locations only) = 14-21 working days
4. Can I pick up the product myself?
No, we do not provide this service. Our customer service specialist will deliver the products to your doorstep and have them installed for you to ensure the product is in perfect working condition.

Service/Warranty

1. What additional services does KHIND RTO provide?
We will provide KHIND Care Plan (KCP) service once every 12 months for our 36-month plan. Our service team will contact you for the KCP service appointment.
2. What is the product warranty?
For Rent-To-Own products, the Washer Dryer and Heat Pump Dryer have 3 years of general warranty, while the Top Load Washer has 4 years of general warranty. All products have 10 years of motor warranty.
3. Can I move the product to a new location? Will the warranty be void?
The Subscriber is entitled to one relocation per year, free of charge, for the duration of the general warranty period. The one-time free relocation is strictly subject to KHIND sole discretion and management approval. Relocation service offered by KHIND only covers within Peninsular Malaysia, or within Sabah, or within Sarawak.

1. If I’m facing an issue, what should I do?
If your product is faulty or having problems, please reach us via WhatsApp 018-2233389 or call the general hotline 1-800-88-0032. Kindly take note that the product inspection time and reparation time will be based on the product's condition.
2. Where can I view the physical product?
If you wish to see the product before buying, you may visit our KHIND Customer Service Centre at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam, Selangor.
